Ani’s professional work spans strategic management, product development, transformation of internal learning systems, and talent acquisition using modern, innovative approaches.

She collaborates with companies and businesses, helping them design and implement learning systems, integrate AI tools, develop training programs, and attract talent.

She has completed professional training in management, project management, effective communication, financial management, artificial intelligence, and Training of Trainers (TOT).

Ani is the Director of Flowmaster, Head of the Flowstarter internship program, and Product Owner for AI & Visibility directions.
