The model is similar to a scholarship system — a “student” receives education at the “Flowstarter” school. This is funded by a specific company.

Educational videos are posted on the “Flowmaster” YouTube channel and social media. After registering, users automatically become members of the school and receive structured materials via email every month.

The videos cover topics such as leadership, career development, productivity, stress, Gen Z, team and project management, PMP certification, self-assessment and more. Over the past five years, the YouTube channel has accumulated more than 2 million views and 40 thousand subscribers, providing education to thousands of people every day. This is a great motivation for the “Flowmaster” team

Our hybrid trainings are a flexible format that combines online training and physical meetings. This approach ensures maximum adaptability of training to your needs and offers both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
We offer a three-month internship program for second-year students. The training-internship program combines theoretical knowledge and practical experience, helping participants apply their acquired skills in a real work environment.
